What a discovery! I found a couple of cured products here I never thought I'd find - 'nduja, a Calabrian spreadable salami, and tasso ham, a spicy Louisiana classic. Their smoked ham and house salamis are fantastic... don't leave without a pepperoni to chew on right away. We'll definitely be back!

If you like cured meats and you haven't been to the Whole Beast I argue that you've never truly had cured meats. Best on the island, bar none.

This is the only place is Greater Victoria that has these kinds of cured meats and variety. Unbelievably good food. So badly wish they had one in Langford so I could eat it all the time.

An amazing place full of superior meats, much made locally but also premium product from around the world. The fuet is a hiking essential! Also, there are mainstay meats that are always there but also a varied selection that is seasonal or one offs. I am always surprised and delighted by the new flavors to try.

Bought a couple salamis from here; excellent quality on both. It's harder to find good quality charcuterie in North America than in Europe, so it's great to have a local shop for it.

INCREDIBLE curing, delicious flavours! Great customer service. First time buyer but will return often. The Regular pepperoni is good but the DRY PEPP gets 5 stars, perfectly dry & spicy. The Fennel salami Yes! and Red Wine Salami with Black Pepper even better. Just Go. You'll Love Everything. 😍 #cured #meats #deli

I want to like this place, but the product and service does not deserve the price. While it is one of the only places to get iberico ham, nothing else is worthwhile. I've been cooking steak a long time, and was excited to try their dry aged ribeye; unfortunately it was dry and flavorless, certainly not worth the premium. To top it all off, the butcher here is rude and passive aggressive. The drive to Glenwood is worth every minute compared to this place.
