We have been with Thousand Islands Vet Services for years, and we can't recommend them enough. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the vets are always caring and knowledgeable.

When our sweet cat Zoe passed away, they were extremely kind and courteous and made an incredibly painful process as good as it could be.

We have recently moved away and had to find a new vet in our new city, but we wanted to leave a positive review to say thank you for years of wonderful service! Love from Zoe, Thistle, and Wigeon 😻❤️

We absolutely love our thousand islands veterinary clinic. Our dogs see Dr. Janssen and we love her! One of our dogs is highly reactive to other dogs and they make sure they space is clear and comfortable for him. Our other dog is very nervous and they help us have the best appointments possible. The staff is compassionate, kind and very professional. We love our vets and staff! Thanks TIVS

Our first visit was incredible. The staff was so welcoming and they had a private room ready for us upon our arrival. The lead vet was so thorough in our puppies examination. Before we left we had our next appointment booked as well as a brochure to help us track his heath and vet visits, a booklet with all the information required for a first time puppy owner as well as some specific articles to help us in the next few weeks. Since our visit I've received a few helpful emails following up on some questions I had and a check in to see how our pup was feeling after his vaccines. A week later and I am still so impressed with how seamless that visit was!

Oh my goodness. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic and Dr Jenssen. They graciously fit in our 1.5 year old lab who was suffering from swimmers tail and visiting from out of town. The entire team, from the reception team to the vet tech to Dr jenssen herself were INCREDIBLE. Thorough, took their time, made us feel very comfortable and were very understanding when our dog was getting agitated. I only wish we lived closer so that we could be permanent patients at thousand island vet services. 100000% recommend!!

Absolutely hands down the best vet clinic! Staff are very caring and knowledgeable. All of our animals (cats, dogs, rabbits) have been here and have been treated with the best care. Our most recent pup is a little timid with new things and all of the staff went slow and made her feel comfortable before jumping into anything. We always get a follow up phone call to make sure things are ok after an appointment. If I could give more stars I would😃. Staff are always willing to answer my questions and concerns and we never feel rushed.

Dr. Gerritsen and the entire team at Thousand Islands Veterinary Services have taken wonderful care of my two bunnies. They are both senior buns - one has joint issues and had a bad urine scalding episode, and the other has dental issues and some mild arthritis and dermatitis. Dr. Gerritsen and her team performed thorough examinations with sensitivity for my bunnies, and all treatment approaches were well explained. Dr. Gerritsen also went above and beyond in following up with me with some information on ecunniculi and the team regularly checks in on how my bunnies are doing. We feel very well cared for every time we come. Happy to call Thousand Islands our bunny vet home!
