First service call ever for winterizing home irrigation: Dan was nice, but could not find water shut off and left one tap not working. Was coming back with someone more experienced in a few days; either Saturday or Monday. When he had not shown by following Wednesday, Tom was called. He said they couldn’t come back until the following Wednesday. (Two weeks after initial appointment.) We asked for tap to be restored prior to that as it was needed for pond and hot tub. No one came. Then on the rescheduled date on that following Wednesday, no one came. (Now we’ve stayed home 3 dates for nothing.) Texted Tom and he texted back that someone should have called us as technician was sick and would have to reschedule, but did not know for when. Mentioned the inoperable tap still needed to be addressed and that we were not happy with the situation. Tom said he’d come by for the tap, but in future we’d better find someone else because ‘we’ were “not a good fit”. Wow!
(Luckily we were able to restore the tap on our own.)

Tom's Sprinklers gets my 5-star rating. On time and responsive with attention to detail, quality work and service at a fair price. They installed my new sprinkler system and garden lighting and they've been fantastic.

Absolutely the best. Tom did my irrigation system a few years ago and I was impressed.
However, I am even more impressed with my new lighting which has turned my home into a magical place after dark.
Tom is knowledgeable, service oriented and a joy to deal with.
I would highly recommend landscape lighting and, especially installed by Tom.
Definitely 5 stars.

Exceptional service! They were very quick to respond to our request for a quote, attended to all our questions and installed within days. The drip system in my front yard with rain sensors works like a charm. No more daily hours of watering with a hose on those hot summer days. Thank you!

One of my sprinklers had a run in with a car tire. It was smashed. I called Tom and he had somebody there within 24 hours to help replace it. For me it would’ve been an all day job, for somebody who knows what they’re doing an easy 15 minutes. He got it sorted quickly and professionally, so fortunate to have a locally owned business helping in the community.

I contacted Tom's for a comparison price on my sprinkler system. Before quoting the project he has a crew by my house within a couple hours who worked really hard to try and fix the issue before discovering it needed to be replaced. I appreciate they didn't just send a quote for the larger amount and tried to fix it without replacement. Their pricing was good, they scheduled quickly and showed up on time to complete the work. There crew was friendly and kept me in the loop when there was a delay not of their causing. Will be using them for all work going forward.
