I've ordered from France and I've been very satisfied with the result! I was looking for a lily of the valley bouquet and I only find it at Toronto Flowers Company. Holly was really listening to my demands and helping me to get what I wanted. To finish, It has been delivered on time. Thank you very much Holly!

The service and communication with the flowercompany.ca was impressive. I had made a change after ordering online and emailed them right away. They replied quickly and made the change. The potted Azalea was delivered as scheduled. The Azaleas was stunning and beautiful presented.

Terrible experience. I ordered mixed O'Hara banquet, on the website it's white and pink color. When it arrives it's white and orange, and the white roses are already withering. Besides they have moved out of this location, and they don't pick up calls, nor answering WhatsApp messages. Do not buy from them

This bouquet was delivered to me on Feb
24th 2024 as a celebration of my birthday. Those pictures were taken three days after receiving them. The flowers were old (not fresh at all), and they were also delivered to the wrong address (the person who delivered did not even check the name/last name to match what was written on the address.)

I contacted this company as they said that if we were not satisfied with the flowers received, they would replace or refund us.

This is a lie! After exchanging emails with Esteban every other day and waiting for his reply, nothing has happened. In my last email, he asked if I could send the order number. (REALLY?! Should I also ask my friend how much she paid for the flowers?) That is so rude after I sent them all the pictures I am posting here and the card my friend sent me with my address, the day, and the time it was delivered. Can't they track with all the information I sent? Very disorganized!

So, I decided to check their reviews here on Google, and to my surprise, I saw that many people were unhappy with their service and product.
Lousy customer service; they promised a replacement at the beginning of this week, but nothing has happened. I wouldn't like to expose my friend's present and dissatisfaction with the service this company provided. Still, after reading the reviews, I will contact my friend and explain that. Unfortunately, she wasted her money with this company.
I do not recommend them as the quality of the flowers is terrible and customer service is poor and careless.

PLEASE: New clients, check reviews before using this company!
You will regret it if you spend money buying flowers from them.

I would definitely recommend ordering your flower arrangements from them. Beautiful flowers and shown as the picture on the website. Worth the price and great delivery. I also like that you can track the delivery.
The only thing is I wasn't expecting it to be delivered at night but it wasn't an issue.

A friend sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers, or so I thought. They arrived covered in condensation and appeared to have been frozen. I contacted the company and they sent me another bouquet 2 days later. They were beautiful flowers, however they were covered with condensation and the ferns were already curled up dead, they hydrangeas died within 24 hours. From what I have read here, this is a common occurrence.

Well I must say once this company was aware of the problem, they went above and beyond. Today Jenny delivered to me a beautiful fresh and colourful flower arrangement. She personally apologized and truly felt bad for the mishaps. She is someone special and made me feel special. Thank you so much.

We did our wedding decoration with Toronto Flower Co and it was the best decision ever. We did couple of meetings to make sure we had the right color tones. The team was really open to changes and they made sure everything was as I wanted for my special day!! On the wedding day, they arrived right on time and did an amazing job with all the decor! Their pieces were stunning I just loved all the small details and the love they put in their product!

They left our flowers out in the cold overnight to freeze, then they refused to answer the phone. Good luck trying to reach them on the phone. All they do is hang up on you when you have a complaint.

Since I first left a review, I did receive a replacement bouquet which was much nicer than the first one and they did actually pay us back for 50% of the First order. However, we will still never choose this company again… Thanks for trying to make it right though! 👍💖
