I called TPS for Snow Removal in my laneway garage that was untouched by the city and they came to the rescue on the same day. Billy, who did the work was beyond helpful and highly responsive and easy to talk to. He made sure I was aware of his arrival time and was very accommodating despite of what I’m sure was a super busy day given the heavy snowfall in Toronto.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend Toronto Property Solutions.

Toronto Property Solutions waterproofed my house and installed a sump pump in my wet basement. They arrived with all the equipment and people to start and finish the job efficiently over a few days. They used all the latest waterproofing materials. When they finished they did an excellent job cleaning up; with 3 young children that was very important to me.
Its been 1 year with many storms and not 1 drop of water in my basement!
Definitely recommend.

We had TPS clean up our backyard and install new sod after a renovation last summer that destroyed our yard. They were able to start the work quickly, for a competitive price, and because they brought 4 guys, they finished in a few hours what would have taken us a few days! Would recommend!

We had Nick and the team install our backyard patio with pavers. They were very accommodative and did everything they could do get the job done right.

Unfortunately after a few attempts, the patio is still noticeably uneven and even slopes towards the house, bringing water towards the foundation on rainy days.

I would avoid TPS for patio related work and find someone who specializes in patios.

EDIT: they reached out to me and offered to fix it and then suddenly stopped replying my messages. Very unprofessional.

My mothers property was being neglected by a different contractor. She was getting the run around because the property was not “ big enough” to maintain. I was given this new contractors number by a neighbour who had only good things to say about them. I called the number and spoke to point of contact of Nick. I explained to him that the property was not big in size. Let’s just say I had 3 contractors at my mothers premises within 24 hours and they cut snd left the premises clean and my mother very happy. This is my first time ever filling out a review and am doing so on my mothers behalf as she was left speechless with the customer service. 5 stars!!!

I hired TPS to clean up my garden. To say that I was satisfied would be a huge understatement. These guys are real pros, the amount of complements I've recieved from my neighbors and people just walking by has been overwealming. The other day I had a family ask me if they can take pictures in my garden. I love the Job TPS did for me & my family. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to improve there curb appeal or backyard space. Thank you TPS!

Consistently late. If you use them one year they may bump you the next year. Hard to get call backs. If you don't like something about their service you should keep it to yourself. Literally blocked the front door of 2 units with a snow pile and expected customers to come through the back door. Monster plow similar price and they show up at 1cm of snow.

Edit: Bill.. is Bill Dimos. CEO of toronto property solutions. This was not a rogue employee. After I left this review Bill contacted my employee and said he will send and i quote; "2 negroes to break into your boss's office every night until he takes down his review". I immediately contacted the police and filed a report. The number is 23-2682888 if anyone wants to look it up.
I highly advise not to use this service.
It is a liability to you, your employees and your business. I stand by 100% of everything said. No one acts this way once. He brags about having bullied people since he was 6 years old. Maybe he thinks he is a character on The Sopranos. Truth is he does remind me of Vito.
