We had our first women's retreat Reflect, Celebrate, and Pause in San Juan, PR this oast weekend. Nicole jumped right in to provide an amazing workshop for myself and the ladies. Her welleness wheel workshop allowed us to reflect and attempt to find more balance in our lives. We paired up and spoke about the areas we need to work on and taking action on seeing them through. We all agreed on being each other's accountability partner. This sheds a lot of light on my life and where I want and need to be. I would definitely have her as a facilitator again, and I highly recommend her business to anyone needing to transform their life. Thank you so much, Nicole, for jumping on board. It was what we needed.
