I wish I had pics of our bathroom before. It was leaking, water damage, mold, cheap builder grade, looked awful. This is our bathroom now after using Transformation Renovation. Some final touches were finishing this week but absolutely thrilled with how it turned out.

If you're wondering is this the right company for me? Well let me put your mind at ease. If there was any issue or concern Brian & Nicole work with you through anything that comes up. I even emailed them late, like 12am late and they replied that night. Now I'm sure that's not always going to happen but they always communicated with me daily, never left me hanging and I probably sent 50 emails using that as our main communication & always took care of me.

Every project will have its own challenges I'm sure but until the customer is 100% satisfied they are there making sure its exactly how you want it & done to their standards.

The crew was always kind & trust worthy, so much they had our keys & garage door opener to come freely while we were at work. And look at the tile work, we picked a very difficult tile that has movement/ waves and their tile guy Chewy worked on it till it was perfect and it shows.

BEWARE!! A simple 20x30 deck that was quoted as a two week project turned into two months and THE WORK WAS NEVER COMPLETED. Numerous code violations, terrible communication, unprofessional workers and no culpability from the owner. The first crew was atrocious, messy and rude. One worker asked to use my bathroom b/c a port-a-potty was not provided for them and stopped up my toilet, flooded my bathroom with feces and the owner did not even apologize for it. There was ALWAYS a mess, a full dumpster was left in my driveway for over a month, and it was like pulling teeth to even get any kind of idea as to when materials and/or workers would even show up. I had to hire another contractor to fix all the asinine mistakes and finish the project. No wonder they are not listed on the BBB website. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
