Keith was amazing by identifying an issue with my vehicle that was caused by another mechanic. He was more than fair in the amount of time he spent on my vehicle, and suggested strongly that I take it back to the original shop to have them take care of it under their warranty. He took care of a women he didn't even know, who was traveling alone from out of state.

Keith has the best most honest shop in the state of Oklahoma! Last month my wife’s transmission went out in her 2015 Yukon, I dropped it off on a Wednesday night at like 9:30PM, Keith was still at the shop working hard, and came out to meet me and we stood in the parking lot and talked about the repair. There were many vehicles in his parking lot, originally I was thinking it would be 1 to 2 weeks before we would get it back. I asked Keith what would be the estimated completion date? He said “Man, this is your wife’s vehicle and y’all have kids. I will have this Yukon done by Friday night! I was in shock! And sure enough, Friday evening he was true to his word, gave me a call to tell me it’s ready for pick up! Outstanding customer service! Thank you Keith!

These guys are freaking amazing! My transmission went out on Thursday afternoon, I limped it to my nearest transmission shop in Moore and was quoted $6500 and it would be 7-10 days. I called Kelly & Keith on Friday morning and he said he could have it swapped out the same day for $3900. Sure enough, I had it to him at 10 am and he was calling me to tell me to come get it at 7:30 pm. I will absolutely send everybody I possibly can to them any chance I get. Above and beyond customer service and they saved me almost $3k and at least a week of my truck being down. Seriously, thanks guys!

*Update* my new transmission had went out again 2 months later (2 weeks before Christmas). The guys diagnosed it being the TCM that was causing it and completely warrantied another transmission as well as installing a new TCM. I know more about the moon than I do about transmissions. The guys could’ve made something up and charged me and I wouldn’t have known the difference. The customer service these fellas provide is unlike any around. If I even hear somebody bring up transmission I’ll be pointing them their way. Thanks again guys!
