Ordered 3 Saskatoon plants, they arrived June 2,2024 as promised! Excellent customer service and terrific product!! We have dogs and to protect the stick like plugs we put up a temporary fence and tree cones. It’s now August and they are thriving!! Super happy, wish we had larger property to order more from TreeTime! Thank you so much !

First order was great and lilacs arrived and started thriving immediately and are doing well.

I then ordered some hydrangeas and the order process and delivery was fantastic. I planted them immediately and after a while they did not seem to be doing anything and so I contacted Treetime. They were friendly and asked a few questions and then gave me a credit on my account. I plan to buy the same hydrangeas for next summer and I m sure they will thrive based on my other order.

Very organized and easy to deal with.

Plants were shipped on time. Had a few “casualties” but we were looked after in a good time period!!! Thanks for the Nice trees and shrubs!!! We will continue our orders as we get our little farm going here.

Ordering from Tree Time has been great. We are in FSJ, BC, but I wanted to get my mom lilacs for her property at a reasonable price. I ordered 15 lilacs but they all came in a medium size cardboard box! They all looked like twigs in plugs. I planted them according to the instructions, and now they are all doing well, from buds to leaves! Changing the delivery date was easy, I called, there was a small fee, $20, or something, but figured it wasn't kind for the lilacs to come to my parents' place when I wasn't be there to help plant, lol, so I changed the delivery date and tree time could accomodate. Can't wait till the lilacs are big and bushy, more blooms make a house a home.

Have placed several orders over the past few years for native and non native plants. The overall service has been great. The plants take a couple of years to really get going( some of the growing zones are quite harsh) but once established do very well. Great customer service when one of the non native plants failed to thrive.

I've ordered from Tree Time twice so far back in 2023. For those who have not ordered dormant seedlings before (like me), the plants will delivered in a box. The first time I ordered, I was expecting the actual plants with leaves and all on the doorstep😄

Good communication throughout the order and delivery. You'll receive a receipt and email to track your order after ordering. The only drawback was the consistency in quality. I'd ordered more caraganas considering how well the first batch did. However, the second batch looked twiggy right out the box. They did not look like they could survive. The positive of it was that customer service was awesome and prompt. ✅

Some of the plants I ordered were caraganas, fire light hydrangeas, hedge roses, mustang cherry plum among others back in 2023. It's pretty amazing seeing the leaves shoot out last summer. They do lose their leaves in fall though. However, they have all come back this Spring (2024). I'm looking forward to seeing the flowers soon!

All in all, if you want to buy plants in bulk and you are patient with the growth (mindful that these are seedlings), I would recommend getting them from TreeTime. 🌱🌱🌱
