I did a live pickup on Friday, January 31st at 10pm. It was my first time there, it was late at night, it was very cold and I was very tired. Shipper or check-in and loading staff greeted me with a smile and kindness and did a quick loading. I felt good that they welcomed me and kindly guided me through the loading process. ( loads weigh 50,000 lbs, tridem axle reefer is required.)

I was scared after reading the online reviews, I delivered a full trailer of frozen load on Friday morning Dec 30th. In and out in 1:40 hrs. Quick unloading, receiving office clerk lady was very polite & professional ( she even came to trick will signed POD ) *** don't forget take your ID, appointment number and truck trailer tag numbers with you***

Over night parking.

Be careful picking up and dropping loads here, they are very disorganized and will try to pin their mistakes on you. Take extra caution dealing with this facility.

I showed up at this facility a day early the gentleman in the office shipping receiving was very nice and professional and accommodated me to get unloaded as soon as the door was available I only had to wait 1 hour he went out of his way to help me get unloaded and find a door I was very impressed with his efforts

I have been here almost every other day for either pickup or delivery staff is friendly and they are exceptionally good in helping you out. Most of the time i get there before time but they always if they have window they accommodate us. Strongly recommended A+++
