Love coming too unload at places that respect truck drivers ! Now in todays day n age , hard to find ! Very very nice night time staff! kyle , their night time Supervisor, what a gentleman! Very nice to deal with , he's super friendly, Really down to earth person ! Told me a time he will unload and respected it , less than 45 minutes for a whole 53 foot load! i was really early , practically a day earlier than my appointment, he had no issues unloading me as soon as they got their night work done ! Overnight parking on premises. Thank you Trenton Cold Storage ! Would come to unload here everynihht if i could !

Best place to come, also nice and courteous people work here. I enjoy and have peace of mind every time coming here, layover at night for long haul driver, safe and clean location. It's an A+++

Delivered here this morning. Experience was pretty decent. Deanne, in the receiving office, was super nice. I didn't have that 5 star unloading time though, sorry Deanne, ha! Maybe next time. They have a huge parking lot that you can park in and overnight, which is pretty decent. All in all, I was happy.

I must say, this is one of the smoothest delivery that I made.. I got 50 min late from the appointment time.. but they unloaded without giving any stress.. plenty of backing space an overnight parking is available.. Appreciate for such amazingly facilities..

His name is Byran May. He was very nice and polite. He accommodated me earlier than my pickup time as per my request. He made sure I got loaded well before my Hours of service allowed me. Also, came out and handed me papers, which was perfect… thanks… keep it up…

Wow this place is huge! 1st time here - and didn’t show up with appt #. (Save time. Don’t do that - there are 4 separate docking offices here!…I went to 3…!) Shout out to Deome (hope I spelt that right! Tats and pink hair!) and Mark. Took control and the time to help me determine which section I was in. Above and beyond service. Saved considerable time and that helped with future pickups and deliveries - timelines, turning wheels and we all get to meet / exceed expectations. Highly recommend this location and all staff (especially these two rock stars). I’ve crisscrossed North America for a decade and this location is top shelf!! Especially when things didn’t line up - great Team approach to get it to the finish line. Thanks again!!
