The Rare Philodendron Bipennifolium Variegated Violin which I order from them on their web site arrived earlier than I had expected and the plant was exactly as pictured. I am pleased with their promptness and service. I had questions following the delivery of the plant and they had replied promptly. I intend to purchase again from them in the future.

I cannot recommend Tropicouture Plants enough!! They take such amazing care of the plants prior to purchasing, both plants I have received from them had beautiful, healthy root systems and the leaves were healthy with no signs of damage, stress, pests or illness. Both plants I purchased acclimated to my home very successfully and I credit this to the care they took before selling these plants and the condition they are in at the time of purchasing. The attention to detail is very obvious, they package their plants very very well, include beautiful thank you cards, and have fantastic communication with customers throughout the whole process. Their aroid soil is amazing! I purchased one bag initially to test it, and ended up buying two more because it is just that good! It is exactly what I want my soil mix to be for my aroids to really thrive, and now I don't have to worry about mixing my own soil anymore, I can just get it here and get the amount that I need:) I am so excited to keep supporting and growing my collection through Tropicouture Plants! They have gone above and beyond my expectations as a business, and the owners are such kind individuals who really care about their customers, their products, and their business<3

I got a pallidiflorum as a birthday gift and was SO impressed. The plant was well packaged and I was told the shipping was fast with updates along the way. There was even a cute little soil sample. Will be ordering from here in the future!

The service at this place is incredible. I called the shop and spoke to Jason, and he was so helpful in answering my many questions. They didn't have the product I wanted in stock, but Jason was able to find me and even better solution, which was shipped and delivered to my home in Whitby within 24 hours. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Wow! I honestly can’t express how pleased I am with Tropicouture Plants! I’m always skeptical about ordering from new places because I’ve had issues before. But boy am I glad that I took the chance and ordered from them. Not only did they respond to my many questions prior to my order but I have never seen an order packaged so well! I could not be happier. They put so much thought and love into their packaging, you can tell they truly care about the safe arrival of your plant babies. I ordered the Alocasia Quilted Dreams along with Swirski ulti mites and it arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend them. Jason & Christian even included such a sweet personal note and a sample of their aroid mix. Not to mention the sticker that I adore! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have bought many plants from Tropicouture and they have all been shipped with amazing care and thrived. My first purchase was years ago and and the plant is still thriving. Since then I have purchased larger plants from them and they have also been shown the same care and attention. Highly recommend!
