Management with ZERO knowledge of industry or equipment. This is a company that strives on promises until the time comes.

You can not meet with the manager. If you want to meet with the manager you first text and see if he’s available which 99% of the time he’s not available. To your face the manager will tell you what you want to hear.

It’s a common practice for a Supervisor or manager to tell you to drive a truck after you had advised him the CVIP is expired. If you go against this you might as well quit.

A company that’s failing! Don’t get you hopes up when joining this clown show. You will be quickly be let down.

Such a horrible company to work for got in trouble for driving a pickup that wasn’t a tucs logo’d unit and then fired for having to get a cortisone shot for arthritis in my knees and knuckles got a text saying to pack my bags and find my own way home had to walk and hitchhike from civeo athabaska camp to the red arrow office and then borrow money from family for a bus ticket then wait 4 weeks for a paycheque and the manager Morley openly being disrespectful when I asked for time off because my dad had a heart attack and rolled the water truck he was driving and they openly use vac trucks that hold oil and sewage to bring potable water to camps and rigs

Called Tuc’s in for a emergency hydrovac job. Could of not asked for better people to deal with. Right from when the call was placed until the task was completed very professional. And to me most importantly was price, which was below what I had expected. Hats off to Tuc’s. 👍
