Bought Crispy Roti packets on 3 different occassions in London, UK - absolute waste of money as you are unable to seperate the rotis from one another. They are all solidly stuck together. Wasted money and joy of having my meal. Doesn't deserve any star.

Found this rubber wire (gasket material) in marble cake. My kids like the cakes so purchased without checking the make.
It's hard to believe no quality team could find it. If I have bill with me I could sue these ppl for ignorance.
Let's see how TWI foods address this.

I bought these crispy rusks and look at those disgusting ones…over cooked, not sure how these passed their quality assessment before releasing the products. This is not acceptable. I will reach out and ask for a refund as half the pack was like this.

Was huge fan of Crispy Punjabi Cookies, but recently from past few weeks there quality of cookies are dropping. Recently bought box had cookies So thick not in perfect size and under cooked.

I use to be a huge fan of their crispy almond & walnut biscotti but since the past few months their quality has dropped significantly! You can taste the burnt oil/fume off the biscotti, they are super hard and not “crispy”. It’s just unfortunate that the management team is letting the orders roll out without any quality check.

Over baked crispy tea rusk. One of the worst quality tea rusks.
Will never buy their product.
I am not sure Canada has any regulations in place to control this.

I continue to enjoy the whole wheat Roti, nothing is as good as home made fresh from the oven(when time permits) however this is the next best Roti to home made.
I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about as a lot of the reviewers seemed confused about the company they are leaving reviews for(wake up people).
