This is a nice quaint, chic looking store with lots of product in the back. The food is high end and quality. Lots of product to choose from-even Gluten Free options! Lauren and her colleague were very informative and helpful. This is definitely a place you need to check out!

I've been ordering monthly here for over a year for some items I struggle to find elsewhere and the owners of Ultrafoods always deliver on service and the product. They've gone above and beyond on several occasions and have always met my expectations. They're always friendly and helpful.

Weirdest experience. My package was delivered to the wrong address at the fault of their "trusted courier company". When approached about it, lauren told me I have to hunt down the shipping company and sort it out. Never seen this kind of customer service anywhere 16 years in the culinary industry. Was looking forward to make them a supplier, no longer interested.

I wish I could say the same about Ultra Foods . I ordered a product based on THEIR company website description of the product and when it was delivered - it clearly did NOT match the description . I sent an email explaining the situation and was told if I opened it , I could not return it ( this would be the ONLY way to see it didn’t match their description… and was told to send pictures - this was by Lauren The co-owner) I sent pictures and now they will not return my emails or phone calls . I am a small home business and absorbing the cost ( it wasn’t cheap ) isn’t easy. I am in no way being unreasonable . There has been no offer to make the issue right - just ghosting me. This company doesn’t seem to care about the customer at all. Incredibly poor business practise.

I had an amazing night with friends at Ultrafoods wine tasting. Sam the in-house sommelier was personable and engaging as she took us thru a pairing of Canadian wines. We then got an opportunity to shop in n the Ultrafoods store, what a treat. They have so many things you can’t find at the grocery stores. A night I am sure to repeat!!!!

I bought seasoning from here and noticed I use a lot less because it is so fresh and pungent! This will always be my go to place from now on. The variety is great, many things I never thought I’d use but love!
