I walked in, no greeting. Guy just lingered behind the counter, I asked about daily deals. He stated no daily deals..o.k. I figured out the price listing on the shelf opposite because he could not be bothered. I spotted what I wanted to purchase...he came back with a bigger bag than I asked for..he made it very clear I was wasting his time with my tiny purchase. His entire demeanor the whole time I was in the store made me so uncomfortable and as though he would prefer I didn't shop there entirely. Would never recommend this place to any family or friends passing through.

I am new to the Cannabis world and I had so many preconceived stereotypes about buying or being in a shop. I tried to do my own research but it was overwhelming. I took a chance on URBN because word of mouth said this was the place to go - they were right. The atmosphere is safe and inviting and the staff have an engaged expertise tha5 helped me understand what I was asking for and set me up for success. The management of this establishment has clearly worked hard to engage their staff and empower both staff and customers to be connected and collaborative on education and enjoyment of cannabis. I would highly recommend this store and will continue to promote them, specifically the incredibly kind and intuitive manager, to all I see.

I have been dedicated to this store since it opened because the customer service is great and the staff are always helpful, like today for example; the manager was informed that a product I recently purchased was defective and she helped me with getting in contact with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

I made a Google account just to rave on this business.
The reason I'm compelled to make this review is I had the pleasure of witnessing 2 things happen in the last few weeks. Grace under fire, the store was very busy and Jen was so calm and friendly and helpful with every single person, making sure the rest of us knew we would get that same service when it was our turn, you would never know she was stressed if she was. Im happy to wait for this level of service. Last week I was in the store when someone was being very rude to the employees about lower prices at a store in another town and Jen kindly explained why that is and the importance of supporting local, but the way she explained it was so graceful and interesting, and I think the guy left with a new attitude . Thank you for the great service. This is my favorite store to shop. The staff are wonderful. Thank you for the great service every time!

Locally owned and amazing vibe! This place has a great selection of products, one of the best for the area, and price! But where they really shine, is with their staff! Friendly, happy to help you find that perfect product and they have recommendations. Lots of fun and laughs always had when coming here. When I stop through I always make it a point to come shop here!

The female that served me was rude and dismissive, did not see her name tag but the male server saved this sale as he was knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful . Also found the store to be very narrow and small. There were 4 customers and it was crowded.
