I had a great experience with this car dealer. The salesperson, Nissa, was a real pleasure to work with - no pressure, lots of useful information, looked into everything I asked about, and very patient. She and other staff (for financing and detailing) stayed after hours to ensure everything went smoothly with me taking the car that day (to avoid me having to drive back from Halifax to get it the next day). I got the features I wanted at my price point with a stylish used car in great shape. Great service all around!

The only negative point was that they offered me $250 for my trade in while other dealers that day offered $1500 and $2000. (So I’ll sell my old car myself.)

A++++ Assistance!! Camping in area and our truck brakes started acting up. Service dept got us in immediately mid afternoon to troubleshoot. Diagnosed , parts ordered with overnight shipping. Truck was repaired as soon as parts arrived. We were able to continue on our travels. MUCH THANKS to the Service Dept and technicians!!!

I recently bought a 2023 F-150 Lightning XLT. Ford recently reduced the price of these trucks by $10,000 and now it qualifies for $8,000 in rebates from the government. I was very lucky to have bought one when I did. The week they lowered the price they had 2 trucks landing on the lot that week. They were both sold by the end of the week. The truck is amazing and I get around 350 kilometres per charge. The power this truck has is mind blowing. I suggest if you are in the market for a truck you seriously give the F-150 Lightning a test drive. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone was great to deal with, friendly smiling people from reception when I walked in to when I left with my new to me Mustang. Anyone who is dealing with credit issues should really come see these guys, I was treated with respect and dignity the entire time and never felt like I was a difficulty they had to deal with. The car was in pristine condition with a full tank of gas, you don’t get that service in the city. 100% worth the drive. Shout out to Keith my salesperson, you are very good at building trust.

Great experience dealing with these guys! From the salesman David Cameron to the Finance Manager Jason, the Used Sales Manager Hudson, and the Delivery Specialist Rob, everyone I dealt with was quick to reply when I had questions, knowledgeable on the subject matter, and efficient with my time in getting everything taken care of at every stage of my purchase decision and final paperwork. I've dealt with over a dozen dealerships in the past and highly recommend Valley Ford. In fact, I've already bought a second used vehicle from them for my business!

I would NOT recommend the service department ay Valley Ford in Kentville NS for anyone. I have had several bad things happen from a broken part to a dent in the car, a tool left under the hood on the engine and the latest both axle nuts likely not being torqued properly as they both came loose. Instead of apologizing for their mistake and saying bring in the car we will make it right as any reputable service station would, the snarky service manage says I can't guarantee that we will pay for the service . I have lost all trust and respect for this place. If they can't afford a half hour on the hoist and two new axle nuts to keep a customer happy then I'm done. Good luck to anyone getting service there.
