Great customer service from Mark and his dog. The only place to get bootstrap farmer seed starting trays in BC and they have great selection. He threw in some pepper plants as well.

Great prices for hard-to-find products (like Bootstrap Farmer) in Canada! Pleasant customer service and fast shipping. I'm from Ontario and recieved my products much quicker than expected. Items were packaged very well, including a lighting fixture I was worried about (as shipping companies aren't always the most gentle with items). They even threw in a free hat for me! Will definitely be doing business here again in the future. Wish I lived in BC to visit the store!

Great company to deal with. Best prices anywhere on most products. The free shipping alone saves me a lot. Quick deliveries are also a big bonus.

I took a chance and boy what a bad decision that was. Not only is the delivery charge exorbitant for what I purchased — some of it came USED!!! Full of cats hairs!!! Never again!

Service is amazing here both staff members are super knowledgeable, and a great experience. I used to order all my stuff online but since have changed due to higher pricing and bad packaging, The two guys In the store front helped with pretty much all my questions I had. I only happened to open one bottle that looked like it got improperly sealed from manufacturing I called them right away and they swapped it out , theses guys are truly awesome thanks.

Bought Harvest Right Freeze Dryer from them. They were really helpful and great with the whole process. My machine only came with 1 tray instead of 5 (manufacturers error), but the good folks at Valley Indoor sent me the missing trays right away even though it wasn't there mistake, they took care of the problem.
