Valorosa came highly recommended by Dyna's Fine Meats & Deli for its selection of cold cuts & cheeses.
We were looking for a variety of the above mentioned specialties for our traditional Christmas Eve Celebration Fest.
We entered the store of Valorosa and I was instantly at home, literally walking down Memory Lane. Unfortunately I have no sense of smell or taste anymore (challenging indeed). However, I go by memory.

The service was exceptional as Grace helped us put our order together with her experienced professional advice.
Some culinary specialties I had in mind weren't available as it takes an acquired "taste" to strong and or unusual flavors and the products are not sought after, not in demand.

However, we ended up with lots of fine meats, cheese etc, hence, what a feast we had.
Christmas Eve came and I knew I should have taken pictures of the plates I put together, however, our appetite, craving and the bon vivant I am, couldn't wait to simply just dive into and devour these Italien European specialties.
The quality is divine, savory, magnificent, just heavenly, says my memory.
There was only one wee hiccup, I ordered the Gorgonzola-Piccante, but somehow during the Christmas rush, I ended up with Rosso Imperial instead.
Thank you to all the Valoroso staff for their friendly welcoming service even though it was a hectic busy time.

Went Here on Sunday to get some deli meats & cold cuts for my summer Canada Day Barbecue Dinner I had a nice scoop of Italian ice cream on a nice hot sunny Sunday on the long weekend for Canada Day.

Best service in the whole valley! they treat you like family and feed you like family. Bonnie made us fantastic sandwiches and helped us pick out a variety of cheeses that were also very good. Probably one of very few times you will walk out of the grocery store with a smile on your face!

We had such a pleasant experience here. The selection of Italian imported goods is great and the customer service is excellent. They treated my little one like the star of the show- let her scan out items, try some cheese- we will definitely be back!
