J'ai eu plus de 5 sorte de champignons racinaire sur mes plantes, Analyse de laboratoire la démontré. sans doute parce que l'endroit doit être insalubre. Mauvaise qualité. Ne surtout pas encouragé une entreprise malhonnête. Des VOLEURS!

A first class highly competent group of people who always go above and beyond for me. Over all they are the best company I’ve done consistent business with for almost 30 years.

First off - great customer service. I had one of the best customer service experiences yesterday after encountering a problem with how they ship out their bulbs. The lady was kind, reasonable, understanding.
I am giving 4 stars, however, because I have had a few communication breakdowns with them that have caused stress and headache on my end. They are always fixed (once again, good customer service), but I think most could have been avoided in the first place with improved communication upfront with their customers.

In the future, I will still order my bulk bulbs from them.

I only purchased wholesale dahlias from Van Noort once, and I will never purchase again. Very poor quality tubers, but what really made me never want to purchase again was my representative Sam. He was very dismissive of my concerns about the poor quality tubers. I sent photos and videos of my dehydrated tubers and he told me to soak them in water and they would grow fine. I've been growing dahlias for many years and I have never ever heard or read about this practice and I knew it wouldn't work. I stated the same, and was again...dismissed. I also don't like how you have to go and pick up your order from the city, they will not ship direct to farm like every other wholesale company does. Lost my business permanently.

Van Noort Bulb Company markets Amaryllis bulbs coated in wax~resin, encased in a clear plastic tube or plastic wine sleeve. A previously viable bulb deteriorates to a pulpy, sodden ruin and cannot produce in this barren environment. Degrading, unethical,
no concern for throwaway implications.Teach respect, preservation and conservation.
