I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Joshua Villanueva, Registration Services Representative at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Vaughan. My journey to obtain a license over the past three months was full of frustration and uncertainty, but Joshua's professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference.

In a world where bureaucracy often feels cold and impersonal, encountering someone like Joshua—who goes above and beyond to guide and support—is a rare blessing. Without his help, I truly don't think I would have been able to obtain the license successfully. I consider myself very fortunate that my application was handled by him.

Thank you, Joshua, for your exceptional service and human touch.

Speed enforcement cameras are totally ridiculous! Basically they will force you to pay if you go 4-5 kmph over the speed limit which they will set to 40kmph which is an absolute joke. So pay them regularly for these fines on top of the yearly taxes you pay the city. An absolute cash grab and I am glad people keep vandalizing these cameras. Good work Vaughan on wasting taxpayers dollars!!

Came for a marriage license and am very pleased with the service. I arrived on time and was helped immediately. The whole process was very easy and the signing was helpful and got me to the right counter.

DO NOT REACH OUT TO ANIMAL CONTROL (AC) for help with the dog allowed outside to bark at all hours, including 11:30 pm, 3:30 am, and 6:20 am, which disrupts your sleep and affects your quality of life. Enduring the relentless barking of the neighbour’s 36 kg dog for months and months and months (even after many, many talks with the owners) has given us first-hand knowledge that AC and by-law officers will only exacerbate the problem by siding with the irresponsible dog owner and emboldening them to allow the dog to bark at all hours of the day and night as long as it’s in short spurts. AC will ensure the dog owner understands how long the dog can bark. Also, know that AC is as wrong to take this stance as the neighbour is inconsiderate. A B.C. Supreme Court ruling recently upheld a barking dog case decision and a $20,000 fine. You will only restore your sanity and peace by taking matters into your own hands.

Your taxes hard at work. Car not plugged, been left sitting here for days. Sign clearly says "parking only WHILE charging". Occupying space for someone who may actually need it. Theres another dedicated charger for their own vehicles, but of course no one cares. No enforcement for city of Vaughan vehicles (of course). "By law and non-compliance". Not to mention all employees using charger for whole day (Monday - Friday) when car is already charged. This is a public charging station, not employee charging station. Employees hard at work on lunch breaks as usual. Just another day at city of Vaughan head office, leading by example !

Careless driving by municipal service vehicle... Dec. 06, 2024, 4:17 am, my security camera captured that service truck hit our garbage cans and drove away. Such behavior is unacceptable. For out taxes, we are expecting responsible work attitude. The site does not have a link, or button to upload a video (mp4) file, so I've uploaded a picture only. If I find a way to upload mp4 file, then I'll do it as well. Very disappointed... property taxes going up, but quality of services are down.

These guys should be ticketed for wasting parking spots, so that nobody can park either in front or behind. I think city of Vaughan should look into this.
Please see photograph.
