On Tuesday June 18, 2024 I said goodbye to my boy Diesel. Dr. Jen, Michelle and their team were beyond amazing. Dr. Jen has been his Dr. since the day I brought him home 10 years ago. In the most difficult moments of my life they were quiet and so caring to Diesel. He went over the rainbow bridge peacefully with dignity. When it was over Dr. Jen still spoke to him like he was still with us while her vet technician helped us get his paw print. Thank you for making the worst day of my life a little bit easier. 100% recommend.

Had a great experience for our first visit there for our cat's annual checkup. Returned 2 weeks later when Opie suddenly got very sick. Everyone was very friendly, caring and thorough and followed up several times to make sure he was recovering nicely. Such a relief to find a great vet in Midland after moving here a year ago. Highly recommended!

I heard a sad story from a client of this location and believe that it should be shared with existing and potential clients . This client has been making payments to be able to get her dog spayed and they are refusing to perform the surgery because they are not medically equipped to perform the procedure as a result of possible health issues. They are recommending another VCA location that is appropriately medically equipped. This location won’t refund the client her money to enable her to pay the other location for the procedure. So much for animal care and customer service…Glad I’m not a client here.

I have been taking my dog to see Dr. Jennifer Sullivan for care since I got her from a rescue. My dog has had more than a few challenging health issues. My dog does not like people but Dr. Jennifer and her team have won her trust and can manage her with no issues. The staff at the hospital are loving and kind and have gone out of their way to research medication alternatives, send insurance info, follow up calls etc. They have gone above and beyond to provide outstanding care at a very reasonable price. I am so happy to have found this place.

Took my dog there today and what a beautiful atmosphere. The doc was soo amazing with my Charlie. I'm soo happy to have found such a amazing place and all the staff there are soo good to your animal. Doc Sullivan was soo amazing and walked me through everything with my dog. Can't be more happier with this amazing place. They are all soo good to your pet.

I had to say goodbye to my beautiful girl, Cali, today, and Dr. David Campbell was there by my side through the whole thing. He and the staff at Heritage Animal Hospital were hospitable, welcoming, and understanding of my families financial situation, and Dr. Campbell truly made me feel like I was making the best decision, even though in my heart it was truly hard to grasp. I'll miss my baby dearly, but I'm forever grateful to Dr. Campbell and Heritage for their kindness and support.

The best ever. On Saturday I found my cat suffering from insulin shock, I was frantic and call all vets that were open to get him in to be seen. Most were only open for food and had no vet on staff that day . Midland Vet did have a vet working but refused to see him stating the appointments were booked and I had to drive to Barrie, I told them he would not survive and they showed no concern for that. I thought I would phone Heritage and they told me to get there asap. The vet Dr sullivan and the rest of the staff were fantastic. They got my cat awake and alert within no time then they had an employee sit with him and test his blood sugar level every 15 mins, they finally got it high enough to risk taking him to Barrie Emergency clinic as he require 24 hour care. I can not thank them enough for the care and support they gave me and my cat. He is still in Barrie and although alert and eating and getting around they still have not quite stabilised his blood sugar level, fingers crossed we will be able to get him today.

Again, I want to thank the staff for taking care of my Pipa and keeping me calm. They deserve an award.

Wonderful veterinarians. Very helpful and calm. My cat doesn't like strangers but seems to be fine with them.
