The security issues are still evident at Fruit Union Plaza. I had a couple of interesting interactions outside despite being walking for only a couple minutes.

I ate in at the Subway. It was significantly remodeled a couple of years ago. The sandwich isn't quite as tasty as the other Subway in town, but still fills you up.

Staff is friendly.

The tables and chairs seem a bit more crowded since remodeling.

Fruit Union Plaza in general has a lot of shops. I worked nearby for a few years. During my lunch breaks I could eat at a different place in the Plaza during the work week without repeating the same place twice.

New businesses over the past couple years includes a pet store, Freshii, Jealous Pizza, and a dental clinic.

This Plaza would be 5/5 if it just was a little safer. I always have my guard up when interacting with strangers here.

The traffic light at the intersection of 30th st and 25th ave is so janky. The plaza is a really great detour to take.

I also love that you can review a whole plaza instead of just the individual businesses in it. Thanks Google Maps!

This is like my favourite food place. I love getting the great canadian club and i got one today. It had hair in it today no hate though ❤️ never happened before this so not like id stop going

It was great to see the old classic menu at Earl's with the California prawn Pizza and dry ribs.

The staff was friendly and excellent

The only negative was the temperature of the restaurant. It was freezing cold and I had to keep my heavy jacket on just to stay warm.
