Nice location, just off Main St. The sign said “Home Cooked Meals” so we thought we would check it out, and we were NOT disappointed. Our server was friendly and quick. We came in after the lunch hour so it wasn't as busy as I expect that it gets. Seems that most everything is made in house and sourced locally as much as they can. I had the Beef Dip, hubby had the Hot Hamburger Sandwich. His came with the option of soup, salad, or tomato juice. We both got fries for the side. The soup was thick and rich, more like a stew, and full of flavour. The fries are fresh cut, not frozen. The beef dip au jus was rich, not watery. The hamburger patties are made in house (6 oz before cooking), and he got two on his hot hamburger sandwich, which was on garlic toast. Everything, and I mean everything, was real, home food. Nothing prefab. And omg, so delicious. I would make another trip to Moose Jaw just to eat there again. If I could give more stars I would. Have not had food like that in a restaurant for a long time.

This is my favorite place to come for breakfast while out and about I always order the breakfast special and I go so much that I basically have a set spot in the restaurant now that is "my" table lol the servers also know my preference for diet coke over coffee lol I also have a preferred lunch order for that I get the patti melt with fries and gravy however I also really enjoy the egg salad sandwich (it's one of the best I've ever had) this is probably one of my favorite places to go in moose jaw while out and about and I recommend it to anyone looking for good home cooked food

Line ups outside before it opens, food was excellent, waitress was great we chit chatted and had some good laughs with her. We were all so happy with everything about this place!

Shout out to the employees at veroba's. The server there is an absolute beast. The place was packed and she by herself in the front because the other server was in the kitchen cooking. I come from a restaurant background and was simply amazed at the server on how fast and pleasant she was. A lot of people in the restaurant buissness go nuts and have a bad attitude when getting slammed, not her she smiled kept her cool and was just awesome. To the server/cook your food was fast and fantastic also. Thank you for great food and a great experience.

We really enjoyed our 2 visits (once for breakfast and again for lunch on a different day) to Veroba’s Family Restaurant! The food was excellent — fresh, tasty, and served hot. Service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. It’s not fancy or modern, but that’s part of its charm — cozy, comfortable, and very welcoming. We loved that it was within easy walking distance from our hotel, which made it so convenient. A great little spot if you’re looking for good food and warm hospitality in Moose Jaw!

This place won't disappoint! Went for dinner I had the hot beef sandwich, wife had the hot turkey, our friends had the veal.
The portions are very generous!
It was so good we all went back the next day for breakfast, friends had eggs Benny, which the couldn't finish, I had the big breakfast, ya it's big! I mean big! Service was outstanding, and a cozy atmosphere.

The food was terrible. Over cooked, over fried.
The customer service was also aggravating.
Asked for a condiment twice but the server kept vanishing, or sat at a table conversing with another patron. I never received the condiment. Which was highly disappointing especially since the meal I had went hand in hand with it.
She seemed very uninterested in providing service to our table.

I ordered desert but my others weren’t ready yet, so my desert came first. But when they wanted to order their desert we wait 20 minutes for the server to not show eventually we got up paid and left.

We went here because of the reviews on google. What a disappointment it was.
The pie was the best part, but not good enough for my return.
