Best property management company I’ve ever leased with, the people that work for Veyron have been nothing but amazing, I lived at the Cornerstone in Campbell River and had a great experience as a tenant. I enjoyed getting emails with local discounts and holiday food drive donations. These small actions proved to me that Veyron cares about the community and its residents. Strongly recommend leasing with this company, they take good care of the properties and value their tenants equally.

Acadia on the Walk, Courtenay BC The building is always kept clean and orderly with maintenance projects scheduled routinely.
Overall a very good place to live. It feels safe and secure, is always kept clean and orderly. All staff are friendly and helpful. A considerably quiet building with no smoking or partying. Gotta love that! 💖

Who rents an apartment from another province site unseen? I do! But after much worry about what I would find, I couldn't have been happier when I opened the door to my Acadia on the Walk two bedroom apartment. Noreen was there to greet me, and the Veyron apartment was immaculate, spacious and inviting. My new home! The maintenance team of Devan and Graham attend to any concerns and fixes, the grounds are beautifully cared for and the community of people who live there are so friendly and kind. A two minute walk from the building takes you to the walkway where you can enjoy nature, watching eagles, seals, and all kinds of birds in the estuary. I haven't rented in a number of years and I am so grateful that Noreen found me a home with Veyron Properties. Props to all of you who work hard to make the buildings comfortable, clean and welcoming. What a beautiful Christmas tree and donation box in the lobby too. Couldn't be happier with my new home!

Over the past 42 years my husband and I have moved many times. My husband was in the navy and it was inevitable that we would move appropriately every 5 years. After he retired we moved to several different communities getting that 5 year itch. 4 years ago we moved into Veyron Properties new building in Campbell River. The management team was so welcoming and friendly we immediately felt welcomed. The maintenance staff are always there when needed and are so proffesional , the building has cleaning staff that keep our building looking so clean and the grounds are so well maintained. We have great neighbors and I can honestly say for the 1st time we have no itch to move and we feel like we are home. If you are looking for a place to rent look to Veyron Properties first. We believe you won't be disappointed.

We have been living at The Montage in Courtenay since it opened two years ago in February. We are so pleased with everything about this Veyron property. The suites are very well appointed and the maintenance team is very responsive to any request made and are both friendly and respectful. The grounds are very well maintained and we are proud to tell friends and family where we are living. Each floor is cleaned weekly and any repairs are done quickly and efficiently. The Management are open to suggestions and will implement new ideas if they are able. The management also fosters building a "community" within the building which is very important to several of us who live here. We started monthly happy hours and all residents are invited to attend. We had a New Years Eve party last year and the management allowed us to extend the curfew in the 5th floor lounge. The building is very well built and insulated resulting in virtually no noise from our neighbours. During the summer months, several of us adopted a planter on the top floor deck and Veyron paid for the plants. We kept them alive and looking beautiful but once again, this demonstrated that the Veyron management care about their buildings and their residents. We are so pleased with our current situation and plan on residing in The Montage, managed by Veyron Properties, for a very long time, and we recommend anyone who is thinking about checking out a Veyron property to do it. You won't be sorry.

I moved here in mid June, site unseen and was delighted with what I found. The apartment was spotless, everything was in working order, lots of space, secure parking and I love the location!
Management and caretakers very conscientious illustrated by answering my calls almost immediately. It is a very quiet building to live in..., so accessible to shopping and other services, affordable, warm and friendly neighbours.
I consider myself very fortunate to be living here at Acadia on the Walk.

We have been living at the Veyron Cornerstone apartment building in Campbell River for almost three years.
It is a fantastic location with Beaver Lodge Lands walking trails and shopping right on our doorsteps.
The building, the parking lot and the surrounding garden are very clean - well maintained by friendly staff. Any problems are fixed almost immediately.
