This was the first time we ordered from Vibrant Farms, who specialze in organic grass fed and finished beef, pastured pork, chicken and turkey direct from the farm. They are certified herbicide, pesticide, hormone and antibiotic free for over 20 years!

They have a very easy and simple online preordering process, which you later pick up yourself.

Parking on the farm property is plentiful.

The meat is excellent quality and tastes great.

We love that you can talk to the owners, ask any questions and get immediate answers. They are friendly and very personable.

This is truly a gem and a little piece of heaven not far out of the city and worth the drive.

Ordered online, it was pretty great.

Pros:
- Amazing beef taste. You've never tasted beef like this before.
- Best price on the market.
- Great customer support, fast and informative.

Cons:
- Poor packaging, leaks when defrosting.
- Bad website and confusing ordering system.

Subjective points:
- Meat is very lean.
- They process the cow specifically for your order, so it's super fresh, but it takes a while to arrive (my introductory package took 23 days.)

I bought my first 1/4 cow ever from Vibrant Farms. I was very impressed with the price, quality, and taste. Katie was great to deal with via emails. Very quick to respond and answered all my questions. Dennis met up with me when I picked up the 1/4 cow. He told me his whole back story and all the different things they do on the farm with regards to being grass fed, antibiotic free pesticide free etc. He has lots of great knowledge.

I would highly recommend Vibrant Farms to anyone looking to purchase bulk beef.

We have been working with Vibrant Farms for many many years and I just can’t say enough wonderful things! The customer service is excellent and from the moment you step on the farm, you will be treated like family. The animals are so well looked after and given the best possible nutrients in order to provide us with fantastic healthy, clean meat and eggs. We have also arranged a family dinner at the farm and once again, it was just amazing! If you are looking for a special and unique event to do with family, the dinner is a must! Not only does Vibrant Farms provide very high quality meat, but they are also very friendly and helpful, answering any questions about preparation, and even contacting the butcher on my behalf. Pick-up times are not always convenient, but I understand that the new storefront will help solve this problem (and also they deliver, though I haven't tried this service myself)

Great quality and delicious meat ! I feel good purchasing directly from a local farmer who can tell me exactly how the animals are raised and treated. Purchasing in bulk can cut down costs and we can stretch a lb of ground meat to 4-6 meals. Have picked up from the farm and from a local naturopaths office that they deliver to - very easy !
