I got my flowers for my wedding from Victoria's Flowers and everything was absolutely beautiful!! Kathy was so helpful and I'm pretty novice when it comes to flowers (also am from the states so I was really trusting these other reviews) so anything I was unsure of she would tell me what looked good and boy did everything turn out AMAZING. Also she was super willing to stay in my budget and let me know what my best options were. She was on time for her delivery and everything was correct. No mistakes. I couldn't be more pleased!!! Thanks Kathy so much! I couldn't have imagined anything more perfect!

Update June 13, 2024 - sad that I even have to update this. I didn’t refuse to return the basket I dont physically have the basket as I don’t live in Windsor and it was already opened by the intended recipient. In a lot of your bad google reviews you have blamed the customer instead of taking ownership in my opinion and I feel that’s the case here. There was absolutely NO abuse towards your staff, I may have been upset at the situation but I never once treated your staff unfairly or said anything unkind to them or said swear words or anything of that nature. I apologize if I came across disrespectful, I was in disbelief at the situation. You say you made $14 profit, that I am fine with. I actually don’t care how much you profit, however if you aren’t going to present something even remotely close to the picture on your website, update your pictures or up the cost of the basket so that you can actually provide what you’ve got pictured. If you stand by the deluxe basket in the pictures versus what you have in your website then that’s great. I’m not seeking anything further.

I paid $102 for the “deluxe” basket for my mother’s birthday and what she received compared to the photo is embarrassing in my opinion. Everything appears to be from dollar tree or dollorama and nowhere near close to the pictures on the website. I understand some items might not be available however this is not even CLOSE to what was pictured at all. Finesse costs $2 and cotton swabs For what? When I called the woman on the phone was nice but asked if I knew they did have to mark up the items in the basket? And I said yes but what you put in the basket is $40 tops at dollorama. I paid $102 for this basket and I hope this situation gets rectified by sending a basket that resembles the pictures or at least return my money so I can provide an actual gift that is as described/pictured.. If we wanted to send our loved ones dollorama gift baskets we would. We order from stores like this because we expect higher quality. I’ve ordered here numerous times and never had an issue like this and if the situation isn’t rectified we won’t be ordering here again. Was told the manager will call me tomorrow however the same employee called me back and wouldn’t let me talk with manager, said only would give a refund if they took back the basket from my mother in law(which she already opened because I don’t live in Windsor and ordered online) they want the opened basket that’s already been touched back and stickers/tags taken off in order to get a refund? I don’t think that’s good enough considering how this basket is not even remotely close to what was described. On their website it says in their words specifically “your basket will be produced as closely as possible to the picture” and as you can see from the pictures that doesn’t appear to be true. Their website pictures for this specific basket are misleading in my opinion(see other 1 star reviews about the same complaint).

Added some photos of similar reviews because I’m not the only one!! Oh and the lady at the end said “ well you did get bubble bath” I guess I should be happy with that? She also explained the charges for everything only came to just over $60 for two bills one from a dollar store and one from shoppers and I get there is a profit to be made but that’s a pretty large profit on a basket. Especially considering the items you put inside. (Update store did explain these costs and while I’m fine with all of that, I still am very upset with what was represented on the website and my order versus what arrived)

Stop by this gem last week to grab a surprise for my Queen and was meet by the kind owner. She made some really good recommendations, was great customer service, and I can definitely see myself stopping by there again.

I went in to her shop on February, 13th, the day before Valentine’s Day. A little last minute. I asked If they could make my Wife the best Valentine’s Day gift basket they’ve ever made. I asked if it could be ready first thing in the morning. When I showed up this morning I couldn’t even believe my eyes! Men like me just can’t produce such Romantic Wonder on our own! Our brains, just aren’t wired like this! When I walked in the house with this basket, my Wife started bawling, and almost fell to the floor in disbelief! She was screaming, she has never seen anything this beautiful!❤️
I just want to write this review, to publically advertise for this amazing business!

Going above and beyond even for my already high expectations especially when it comes to the look and the presentation of the arrangements they made.
