Super great service. I called in at 7:45am and was able to get by 8:30am on a Sunday morning. Had my dog sewed up in 30 min. Prices were very fair for being a Sunday. Big Jim ended up being fine thanks to them.

They just lost potential clients from rescue group.
I called them a couple of hours ago when my Foster kitten was injured. I wanted to see the doctor by "on call," so I pressed "1" on the phone. Even tho I said I'm from rescue group and need help right away, she said, no. Well, I'm not going there, and a couple of other people were around me when I called her. They heard what she said because I was.on the phone on speaker. They also said they were not going there because they did not like her tone. So, ya, she just lost huge potential clients. I would rather drive an hour to go Pulse, which I am right now. They are much more friendly and gave me better service.

Guys, go Pulse Veterinary Specialists located in Sherwood Park. When you call them, they will give you the best service!

Absolutely love this vet! Out of all the vets I've seen in my life this one by far is the best. They are good with the price and far. The way they treated my girl was amazing and made sure she was as comfortable as she could be. I've even recommended my family to this vet.

This vet clinic is fantastic. The staff are caring, informative and helpful. They are very accommodating as my dog was sick and they fit us in their busy schedule that day. We've been here numerous times already and will continue to use them for any of our dog's needs. We drive from Edmonton to see them and the time and gas is definitely worth it. A huge thank you to the staff!!!
