I've been purchasing wine from Vin Bon for many years (Richmond Hill and Ajax locations). The quality of wine and customer service was excellent. My first experience at the Vin Bon Scarborough location was good. I ordered over the phone, from Marco, who was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the other staff are not friendly or helpful. I feel that I'm disturbing their day. My subsequent orders were equally lacking in customer service. My most recent order was 98 bottles, all of which have extremely dry corks. Every bottle I open is dry and has cork sticking to the opener and the bottle. Very disappointing. I won't be ordering from this location again. I suggest you find a different location.

Vin Bon is a wonderful wine experience; order juice or wine and schedule to bottle it. Great quality; fantastic people who care about the experience. I've been a happy customer over the past 10 years.

My fiancee and I were looking for quality wine for our wedding and Vin Bon was referred to us by a friend. We went to the Scarborough location since it was local to us. First impressions was that the place is really clean. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. The process was very easy and fun as we got involved in the bottling process. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back for more wines for our future events.

Great wine made from real juice. People very helpful, made several wines over many years , absolutely no problems they call when ready to bottle, you make an appointment, go, bottle and take home and let age a while. Then you enjoy good quality wine.
