I unfortunately had a bad experience here. Sandy seems like a nice fellow, but the office permeates w feces smell. I wasn't shown any of the facility and my dog , when picked up .. was covered in yellow pee/poo stains from chin to tail! Off to dog wash and 20 min of washing and deodorizing. I've never ever experienced this. We will not be back.

Great place to bring your dog, been bringing my here to Sandy for around 3 years now, and always great and easy to work with. And they treat the dogs like their own. Highly recommend.

The quietest, most calm vibe I have ever received from a kennel... The owner is knowledgeable and it seems very organized. Well-priced, took our pup on short notice.

We took our 10 month old Keeshond there last weekend. He happily took her last minute and we knew she was in good hands. It was our first experience with a kennel and we will definitely be back! Our pup enjoyed it so much she didn't want to leave.

Our dog came back after a six day stay with a hoarse bark and a cold. I was not invited to tour the facility, I was promptly told to say goodbye at the gate.

I didn't drop her off at the previous stay, so assumed the facility was previously acceptable by my spouse.

We will not be bringing our pooch back here. The price is great, however, at what cost to our animal?

First off just let me say that Sandy has this connection with animals that is rare and genuine, in my personal experience doing business with the kennel, it has always ended with me leaving with a smile on my face and knowing that my animals are in good hands. Anyone that has written a bad review on this kennel has obviously not understood what times they are open/closed at and that having people constantly walking in and out of the facility would get the animals all wound up. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to board their animals without stressing if they are going to be in good hands or not

I had been using Wagging Tails for a few years, at least a couple of times a year. We were gone for work, often at last minute, and Sandy always took in my 3 labs and 2 cats. When we moved out to Nova Scotia, he boarded all 5 animals for 10 days, but also coordinated the vet checks required to travel by air. He also supplied us with the appropriate airline approved kennels and water bowls, and transported the animals to Air Canada Cargo. We would not have been able to safely transport our pets across the country as efficiently as did happen, if it were not for the efforts of Wagging Tails. I am no longer able to patronize this kennel, however I will highly recommend it for all your kenneling needs.
