Simply the BEST small town hardware store anywhere. It's been that way for years.
They have better inventory levels than the bigger stores (Orillia and Gravenhurst) and never disappoint.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Such incredibly helpful staff, and such a huge inventory of necessary items. We drove 45 minutes to come to this store because it had everything we needed in stock. The man working had an abundance of knowledge on the products we were looking for and went above and beyond to answer our questions. The young lady working the cash was very helpful when we called, and the young man helped us to our car with the large items we purchased.
