We are so excited to be getting our new hot tub from Water and Wellness! Stacey was amazing to deal with. She answered all our questions and let us take our time to decide on the one that was right for us. She was up front about the lead time for delivery and the costs and they didn’t change between her quote and the final bill. She was very responsive to any follow up questions and did her best to make sure we got a delivery time that suited our needs. We would highly recommend going to see Stacey if you are considering a hot tub purchase!

Charlotte has recently helped us in purchasing a new Hot Tub, she was super knowledgeable about the units we were looking at and able to answer my questions. The experience was great. Didn't feel pressured into any sale. The delivery date was much faster then projected and the guys delivering the tub were fast and extremely nice to deal with. I had some questions once it was wired and full reached out to Charlotte by email and with in 5 minutes of email she had called me to answer all the questions I had! Would strongly consider walkerton water and wellness to everyone!

We purchase a hot tub from Water and Wellness in Walkerton, we received awesome service when we walked in by Charlotte, we had been looking all morning. With her help and knowledge we purchased a hot tub that day and was very happy. when the hot tub was delivered, the two gentlemen did a great job and were helpful. our son's dog loved them.

Our hot tub had an ever growing leak on it and when we called, one of the guys came out to look at 9pm in the dark to assess the situation and figured out the leak was in a hard to get to area. They returned the next day during a windy winter day and were able to fix the leak. The service was quick, and the price was great. You can tell these guys really care about their craft. It’s very appreciated and will be quite happy to call them again next time.

Stacey and Daryl have been great. When closing the spa last fall, Daryl noticed a tear in the cover. As it was still only a few months old, he said the whole cover would be under warranty and would be replaced. As promised, the guys delivered and installed the new cover this spring. Customer service has been superb.

Purchased a Swimspa in early summer. Received the Swimspa a few weeks ago. The guys did an amazing job with the install (smaller yard).
I have never owned a hot tub or pool and was a little lost when it came to testing and chemicals. Tammy at Water & Wellness was a fantastic coach. She helped me understand the tests and which chemicals to add. It was much easier than I thought. Tammy has sent me videos and links and has answered all my emails and questions in record time. I appreciate all the help and wonderful service I have received from everyone at Water & Wellness. Great place, fantastic products, and amazing people!
