Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Michael and Nancy. They brought our entire wedding vision to life in a way that was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Every detail; the florals, the stationery, the chairs, the table settings, was absolutely stunning.

What impressed us just as much as the artistry was the care and tireless work they put in behind the scenes. They thought of everything, made the process seamless, and created an atmosphere that took our breath away. Our guests are still raving about how gorgeous everything looked, and we know it’s thanks to their incredible talent.

As a local Wedding Planner, I have worked with Wedecor since 2011 and have always had my couples extremely happy with their design and decor. So much so that it is very common to have tears of joy when we do a room reveal with them before opening the doors to guests. Nancy's ability to design a gorgeous wedding is unbelievable, making suggestions that align with our couples vision but also adding in ideas they never had thought of. Their inventory is also the largest in the city with new additions coming in for every wedding season so it just grows and grows! They are also the preferred decorator and florist at many venues which can help with things like earlier access for set ups. Highly recommend!

Nancy and the WEDECOR team orchestrated the most STUNNING floral decor we ever could have imagined for our wedding day, truly beyond our wildest dreams. We had used Wedcor for our wedding, and they did a pretty amazing job transforming the horticultural building into what we were envisioning for our big day. However, I gave 4 stars because of our initial meeting with Nancy.

I had attended the Ottawa Wedding show where I ran into Michael at the Wedecor booth. We had a lengthy chat, he was familiar with the horticultural building, seemed genuinely interested and excited about what I was visioning and when my bridesmaid and I walked away, we agreed that we loved Michael and I wanted to work with him.

My mother in law made the call and we went in to meet with Michael, but was greeted by Nancy who sat us down and started the process of listing our desires and the cost it would be to execute them. I will say Nancy is very knowledgable, often came off as rude and short with some of her answers. Thank god for Michael joining our meeting because he really lightened the mood. I was starting to get frustrated with Nancy, but I loved what Wedecor could do for us. I remember speaking with my mother law and saying if Michael isn't the day of coordinator than we need to look elsewhere cause I wanted to avoid interactions with Nancy.

Michael is so pleasant, has an amazing attitude and goes out of his way to make sure everything goes according to plan. Wedecor did all the the floral arrangements for our wedding day - which were all beautiful, and all the set up and take down of the decor which was super helpful. Our ceremony was outside and they moved all the seating inside for dinner in a seamless transition and the way they decorated the horticultural building was absolutely perfect. They really transformed the space and we loved everything they did.

When my husband and I first got engaged, I knew we had to have WEDECOR as our decorator/florist/coordinator. After reaching out to them, I was connected to Michael Donovan and from there all of my wedding decorating worries went away!

Michael was able to take my Pinterest wedding board vision and turn it into real life! Despite the fact we were in the middle of a pandemic and we were also hosting a private property wedding, he was able to make our wedding happen so effortlessly! He was incredibly responsive, and truly made sure that it was all about the bride/groom. Michael was there for setup, dress-rehearsal and all day at our wedding. He was always there to answer any questions we had and took all of the stress off of us. Our wedding day was truly magical and everything we could have ever asked for because of Michael and the WEDECOR team!

*My husband and I are also race car drivers (drag racing), and he had the entire decorating team show up in racing suits, and made sure to add in little details to reflect who we were as a couple. I am all about the little details and Michael didn't miss a single detail! He far exceeded my expectations of anything we could have asked for!
