Few weeks back I bought sausages at their Farmer's market in Sarnia . It is so good and yummy. They have different varieties and cuts of meats for reasonable price.

I was turned away and told to call ahead for a small meat package. There was one other customer while i was in. I have previously went in numerous of times, with line ups present, and recieved the same meat package on the spot. In the past I have watched you guys gather meat packages for myself and other clients. The process time was matter of a minute or so. You guys missed out on permanent business. Rude customer service.

Update- walked in here last weekend 2 girls working.... they both looked at me then looked away in silence no greeting as I walked in or "Hello, what can I get you" nothing. I stood there for a minute or 2 ... the only customer! While one girl started to surface clean the counter looking away from me, and the other walked into the back, after looking at me!! I waited for a minute or 2 .... then the girl from the back came to the counter, we both stood there for about 10 seconds, still no words from her, I asked for what i needed. It was just odd experience. I went in with a smile and left with a questionable "what the hell?" thought.

Great local butcher.

I have been eating their sausages for a couple decades, they are fantastic.

Friendly service and quality meat. Definitely beats the traditional grocery store.

I haven’t personally but some friends have had animals processed by them and were pleased with their service.

These guys have the best sausages I’ve ever had! Smoked pork chops are also amazing. They make it really easy to shop local when the quality is so good!

Ground beef was brutal, multiple pieces of bone. They where nice enough to exchange for whole chickens that won’t even feed my dog. Do not recommend. Drive the extra 10-15 mins for quality.
