This was our first experience going cherry picking along with my family and friends. There is an entrance fee of $7 per person or 3L basket - $15, 4L - $20, 6L - 30 per adult, you are expected to fill the basket with cherries. They also have ample free parking space available. The ground is very well maintained and there are plenty of trees to pick cherries. We reached the farm at around 12 noon and we finished by around 1:30pm. The owners have a huge farm with other fruits as well. We ate so many cherries and picked enough to bring back home as well. I recommend this place. Visit their website for regular updates.

Medium sized farm. Very friendly staff.. was great that it stayed open until 8 unlike others that stay open until 5, which I don't understand as cherry season was short. Best to call in advance and ask how how ripe the cherries are. Usually weekend after Canada day is good. Enjoyed very much 😄! Great for the whole family.

Plenty of cherries to pick at Weilsnd’s Cherry Farm. We arrived around 10:30am on a Sunday and it wasn’t crowded. We were able to find a parking spot. We paid $15 per person for the 3L basket. No other fee was charged. Once we were done, they gave us plastic bag to pour the cherries into. I cherry-ish this farm. Hopefully we can visit again before the season ends.

Family run local business that we have gone to and supported for 20+ years..
Unfortunately as fonthill keeps growing their supply of beautiful cherries runs out fast.. But they have the most beautiful taste and the uniqueness of their soli and aged trees cannot be found in any other farm

Nice people, good cherries, fair prices.

Yes it is $7 just to enter and eat all the cherries you want. And I think that might be the best option unless you have something planned that you will do with all that you have picked.

If you do take cherries home then I would recommend that you bring along some scissors to snip the stem in half to pick the cherry. If you just pick the cherry without the stem then it can go bad quickly.

There are different kinds of cherry trees so it is fun to try them and compare. There are ladders on site too to help you get up to the cherries that would otherwise be out of reach.

There is not much room for parking so get there early or you will need to be patient with the wait.

Went on Canada Day 2018, a super sunny and hot day and enjoyed the experience.
