The Receptionist did not demonstrate effective customer service skills. As soon as I walked in I was met with a bad attitude almost as if my presence alone was a burden.Very disrespectful, unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Needed help for a short term move. Figured I would call and ask. They have every excuse in the book not too help. If you are not a newcomer to the country or fresh off the boat immigrant they won't help you. In other words if you pay taxes and have worked here your whole life you will not get any help. So sad that immigrants come first now.

I am dealing with an ow worker trying to get help for my grandbaby while she is with me..I have emailed this worker in a panic 2 times this week. Wondering about this financial help! No response at all! It's like someone on here said..if you get the right worker you will have a better experience.

It's hard to get excited about a system which without you taking your own time and understanding exactly all the ways that you can request assistance because it's rare they volunteer any such information on an average, at least throughout my past through present experience with any part in living while on assistance.

Just got off the phone with Ontario works asking about if anyone has received their t4 yet. And then the lady answered that if I dont get it Monday to call back and send a new one and as I went to speak she said "okay bye". I cannot believe the ignorance with some people. What a system we have -_-

I visited the office 2 days in a row to drop off forms between 230 PM and 300PM and found it to be empty and ample opportunity for service at the front reception. There is an elevator on ground floor for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.
