Highly recommend West Coast Tank Recovery as a first choice. I considered several options and decided to use this company. Lowest pricing, great communication and a very easy process start to finish -- the tank was removed and they took care of the entire process including arranging for separate soil testing. Additional drainage work was repaired as well. Cleanup of soil which had oil leaked into it over the years was also completed.

NB. What makes this nightmare even worse (if that's possible) is seeing others' glowing raves here... We're nice peops! Why were we abused so badly by this co., after almost emptying out mom's estate to them only to see the property mangled & left unrestored by WC's sullen team of cranks? Guess we'll never know.. (cries!)

It's been a few years & I'm still enraged at what this co. did to compound the trauma of losing our dear mom AND our 1920-built family home of 50 yrs..

Unfortch I was the sole grieving kin who voted NO to Realtor Dawn's recommended Oiltank-search, not least due to COST (in the end, even wor$e than quoted @ 100K+)

I was esp. worried about resulting damage (w/ house on market!) - but Dawn said WC would restore any trees etc. dug up in the process. How grossly untrue that proved..

From day 1, my bro -- occupying his old room, directly overlooking WC''s dig site -- suffered the daily shock of seeing (& hearing) the once-pretty south side of the house -- gardens, rose pergola, shrubs, gorg tall tree -- all mindlessly excavated & turned into a huge ugly pile of rubble...

Not just an 'eyesore' -- WC dug a sprawling pit of destruction that just kept growing. All while trying to sell the house!

Worse, we'd had NO warning of the nightmare that'd ensue -- over interminable weeks on end -- nor how badly the property would be degraded. NONE.

Adding insult to injury, WC kept demanding more $1,000s from our poor mom's estate, to "complete the job".

But despite forking over increased amt$, in the end we saw NOT ONE IOTA of their promised restoration!! (WTH?) Not even the beautiful tree specially planted by us & begged TLC, nor the handcrafted stone wall/stairs beside driveway.. ALL demo'd & replaced by unspeakable wreckage.

Never mind the non-stop deafening noise that nixed buyers' interest & neighbor relations in one. Just to remove a single oil tank & any contaminated dirt around it (& punish the blameless customer) SHAME!

Add WC's debilitating 6-fig. pricetag for shoddy work & unmet promises -- bereft of any care/courtesy = R-E-G-R-E-T.

Do yourself a favor & forego this traumatic procedure - NOT WORTH THE TRAUMA.

I was very pleased with the service provided by West Coast Oil Tank Removal. My realtors wanted to make sure there was no oil tank on the property as I prepared to sell my home. Lucas and his team were wonderful to deal with. They did indeed find an oil tank, dug it up and dealt with the environmental company for soil testing. Thankfully, there was no contamination of the soil and they put the yard back together without issue. I highly recommend Lucas and his team if you want to avoid any headaches.
