A big bonus for us was that everything was labelled well, vacuum sealed and delivered to my house.

Very friendly and responsive customer service team, for that alone I would rate 5 stars. Matt and the team have always been able to assist promptly and are happy to do so. I’ve had a subscription for their Packing House eggs for several months now and truly pleased with the taste and quality of the eggs as well as outstanding service. They offer a $3 credit to your account if you return your boxes each week. I placed my first order for beef and chicken and I’m sure it won’t disappoint.

I ordered last week for the first time a mix of chicken, sausages, eggs, beef and pork ribs. I've had most of it and everything was delicious !!
The meat came in a very well insulated box, everything was fresh and very well packaged.
They delivered me another order this week by mistake and told me to keep it. Beyond their products, customer service is really great. I highly recommend them.

West Side Beef is an excellent company with a small but great set of quality products with local farms.

Delivery instructions were followed; great "flat" packaging on the ground beef, so it can be stacked in the freezer; eggs were very well-packaged; prompt delivery.

I haven't tried every cut from my first beef share yet, but from what I have tried so far I must say that the quality and taste is fantastic. I will definitely will be purchasing another share again!

I've already been buying most of my beef at the butcher, but with this product/service I will be able to be 100% free of supermarket meat.

I love this product. The idea of a meat share is brilliant, and when you do the math, the value is great! Very high quality cuts of meat with a ton of flavour. I love how the website provides information on each cut, and best cooking practices, too.

I am yet to order, so this rating doesn't mean anything. I just wanted to leave a feedback here. I checked out your website while it looks promosing but I didn't find what I was looking for. You really need to add more products. In case of beef, Beef shank with bones, Beef Shank without bones, Beef Liver, Beef Kidney etc. For chickens, Stewing hens, drum sticks, livers as well. Hope you will update soon and I will come back to order.

Everything we have gotten has always been excellent quality! As well, their customer service is superb and they have always responded to my emails within a day (if not hours). Love the subscription service and their support of local producers!
