Out of all the Home hardware building centres this is hands down my favourite in Western Canada. The staff are helpfull and friendly. Around the Christmas holiday season the displays of merchandise are well worth the visit to help get the SPIRIT on! Great job folks.

This is the best Home Hardware store I've ever been too. Staff were really friendly and helpful and their displays, especially the Christmas display was excellent. Lots of deals to be had too, definitely stop in, you'll walk out with something.

This is a prime example of what a Home Hardware should be. Smiling faces, people asking you if you need help, clean storefront and clean interior. Large, beautiful garden center with a huge assortment of seasonal items. Tils being utilized to speed up lines for customers... The epitome of what a Home Hardware store should be.

Last week I joked to my partner, "It's an experience coming to this Home Hardware. You basically need to make a day out of it!" Because there us so much to see! We liked the nature sounds out there too!

Walmart and Canadian Tire should take notes. If I could, I'd buy everything from this Home Hardware, and I'm an hour south on hwy 16!

Service there is pathetic! Stood at the lumber counter for almost 15 minutes. 5 staff members, probably going for coffee walked by. Not one of them asked if they could help. By far the first time this has happened. Guy’s at the lumber counter were also clueless about LH and RH circular saws.

Okay. So, I can't really speak about much of the hardware section itself. I mean, it looks good for a distance but I usually split off from my husband when we come here because there is one place, and I mean one place *only* that I am interested in.... the air hangar. The garden centre. The Christmas zone? You all know what I mean: that magical land of twinkly lights and waterfalls that is both amazing for Christmas aspirations and deadly for your monthly budget.....

If there was a location personification of a cross between the kindliest old Santa and a fairy godmother it would be this place. There has not been one time that I have left this place regretful that I didn't purchase the multi-thousand-dollars knight statue and I don't even have the SPACE for such a thing lol

To summarize: the rest of the store is more or less your typical hardware store. But the section at the end is the stuff hopes and dreams are made of.
