If you are in need of Veterinary services for one of your animals I highly recommend this clinic. The staff was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The best part was that they didn't take advantage of the love an owner can have for their pet by going over a few options to treat my dops problems and it ended up being much cheaper than expected. After less than a week of medication and a change of diet my dog has had a huge improvement in his health. Thanks you very much.

I drive from Slave Lake to Whitecourt just because Dr. Ed and his staff are amazing people. Ended up there the first time when my girlfriends and I found a kitten on the side of the highway. A few weeks later I found myself taking my old boy there because he couldn't walk anymore... sadly he had to take a trip across the rainbow Bridge that day, but not before Dr. Ed did all the tests he could to rule out and causes that could be remedied. They did all the arrangements for his cremation and paw print plaque.

Now myself and my girl Rosie go there for all her vet needs. It may be an almost 2hr trip, but the staff and the fact they have Saturday appointments make for a good little adventure. If it's emergent they do everything they can to get you in that day. Amazing service for you and your pet.

I would highly recommend this clinic! We were evacuees from Yellowknife staying in Whitecourt and needed help getting anxiety and travel meds for our pets for the long drive home, the vet and vet staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to care of all my fur babies!! Thank you so much!! You guys are amazing.

Not impressed!
$72 just to be told to go up to hilltop vet in town instead for my hound dog to have his tear duct pushed in… would’ve been nice to be told that when booking if this vet didn’t do those procedures! Waste of time and money. Now to wait a few days till our other vet appointment with another vet.

The attention and care that was taken with our older dog Ringo was very much appreciated, she has healed fast and has had no infections of any kind from her minor surgery , she would give you 10 wags out of 10 .

Brought my kitten in for a routine spay, she died under anesthetic in their care at the clinic. 1 week later I received a check up phone call from the clinic asking how my kitten was doing after her appointment! I will never return here for anything. I do not recommend.
