I’m a regular customer for about 10 years, I live in Kincardine ON and own couple of restaurants. Lately I started going to Waterloo ON location instead because first of all they have everything in stock including all sizes of cups their lids and all sorts of containers for food especially when you are supposed to spend $1000/week on average buying. But still sometimes in summer I have to go buy at Owen sound location which is a complete mess specially in summer month, they are out of even basic stuff like cheeseburgers, onion rings, moz sticks and a lot more. This store is a complete mess and I won’t suggest anyone to go there and waste valuable time.

Used to be a cashier here. Lets just say, if you can find a job elsewhere: DO IT! Place sucks, they never have enough cashiers, (either have anxiety, calling out sick, going home early sick or some other issue; all the time) and they like to always call at least ONE particular cashier when there are others there; overworking and stressing them out. Also, don't apply as a cashier even if your desperate, I could go into why, but I won't. Just choose to be a stockperson or find another place. Not worth the aggravation.

Great Service! The young lady who was working cash was very friendly, and helpful. Helped me find a few things I needed.

Would rate 5 stars but the cart system is silly. No one has pocket change anymore to get cart unlocked. I would go more often to this store if it wasn’t a hassle to get a cart every time.

waited 20 mins with 4 people ahead of me , one person on cash (getting trained) had a huge line. didn’t call another cashier up. ended up just ditching my stuff and walking out. 0 staff came up and helped even though they saw the line of 10+ people. very disorganized place.

Usually, this store has what I am looking for in stock, but not today. I did find other items on my list for reasonable prices.
Service is good, but occasionally one would need to wait to be checked out.

Not worth it, you get in there and get your stuff but have no idea when you’ll be cashed out. The only cashier was busy on the phone and about 7 people in line waiting.
