Honestly this store drops the ball, they have so much promise to provide to Terrace but as a business I try to shop here and I regret it. For instance, if I want paper cups, I might get it this week but for next four weeks later, no stock. Some good produce and GF options but really missing the mark. We went into the Fort St John location last year and it was mind blowing how much better that store was. I do appreciate the store adding cardboard boxes at check out, but again not every time we shop do we find any. Consistency is key to getting 4 or 5 stars to your local community.

The manager and the workers here are not friendly to everyone as they should be they are rude and disrespectful. If we spend the amount of the free reward there should be no complaining if I get it I have paid for the reward. I am also indigenous and where I shop and if I get a reward it is okay because I am paying for my groceries.

Normally great staff.

As a disabled person I have a hard time finding items. I asked the check out lady if she could help me find Quinoa. As it was not busy.
There is a new change around in the store.
So Carol asked the manager if she knew where the quinoa was?
Donna relied with " it with the rice, or down at the....or... Oh just go find it yourself"
I find that very unprofessional when a manager treats her employee like absolute trash..
This is not acceptable of management to treat their people this way.

"If you dont train them, dont blame them"

Carol was amazing and walked with us to find the item we needed.
The manager needs a new job.

They will literally refuse you coming inside 15 minutes before closing because the young employees don't want to stay longer than they have to. Lazy workers. You're supposed to lock the doors at closing time and let everyone out when done not deny entry 15 minutes before just to get home earlier.

A very particular check out clerk. Older woman. Has been employed there for years. She is very condescending and dismissive.
Ok , I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
