Often bare shelves, but still the best, most affordable place to shop for produce in Swift Current. Staff are usually very friendly, but the store often seems understaffed. It would be more beneficial to have an actual Superstore here rather than the Wholesale club. What you offer in wholesale, our local restaurants can order from actual wholesale companies, but they come in here and clear out the standard groceries.

Was a 2, but today was a 4! Helpful employee with a smile even! Found the things we needed and were a bit lower priced for the most part. Seemed clean. Was late so we got through checkout fast. Plenty of parking always but beware of the very bumpy bumpy parking lot. One complaint is the loud music playing.

I am new to swift current and both times I've gone to the cash register, I've had the misfortune of having the same middle aged woman with light hair & a bob hairstyle. She is rude, snyde, miserable & completely unprofessional. I would strongly encourage management to have her stock shelves instead of working with the public. She is clearly NOT a people person. I will not shop here as long as she is on the register. I can shop elsewhere and not be treated like that

The store is kept clean. It can sometimes be understocked, but I'm not sure if they have control over that. If you use the scanner code of practice at their store, be prepared to have them waste 30-45mins of your time. I have shopped there for 6yrs and alot of the employees still don't know how to refund the scanner code (code 33). I've been a customer at this store for 10 years now and they definitely can use some help. I tried calling them today but its just a loop message and no one answers. I wanted to tell them that their washroom needs to be added to the cleaning list. That PC optimum members do still get points for using PC bags (I was told yesterday that they don't, so the lady at the till wouldn't type in the 2 sets of numbers). Be careful of the expiry date on items, as I also found stuff they were selling that expired October 2023. I would have just told all this to the manager, but they wouldn't answer the phone. And after waiting 20mins on their loop, I hung up and left a review. Please do better.

Sorry for the late update. I appreciate the owner for response on the review and took action into it. They have stocks of the pompano in this store location.

Rude Rude lady cashier. I didn't get her name but wore glasses she was working the far checkout . If she hates her job so much then let her GO. I greeted her and all I received was a dumbfounded look. No "thank you" no words. I would have felt better if she told me to F off.

Laurie needs people skills. She is rude, will only say hello to older people but as soon as you say hey or greet her she ignores you, doesn’t ask for your points card and throws your food onto the belt after scanning it. She also coughed all over my food while scanning it. 0/10
