Dr. Hee is an incredibly talented, wonderful, and humane veterinary doctor. I have trusted my pets to him for 15+ years. He's a man of few words but the compassion and love he feels for animals is obvious. It also helps that his prices are very fair. Definitely worth the drive from Sherwood Park. He has helped us through a few health crises and having to say goodbye to our beauties. Dr. Hee is first choice of who I would want handling my veterinary needs.

Dr. Hee and his staff have been taking care of my girls for a couple of years.Theyre prices are reasonable and Dr Hee and his staff are always professional and courteous. Today one of my girls went back to the creator and the kindness Dr Hee and his staff showed me helped with that process. In my opinion if you're looking for a vet Wildrose Animal Clinic is one of the very best.

Take both my pups here and Dr. Hee is very helpful with my questions. He is very calm mannered and gentle with them. Great with the pups and most importantly keeps the visit short, sweet, and reasonably priced. Definitely not as stressful as some vet clinics for the pups.

My senior cat had developed swelling around his cheek. I monitored him for a couple days and the swelling did not go down. I called Wild Rose, Dr. Hee answered and kindly collected detailed information about my cat. He told me it sounds like he has an infection and he scheduled me in that afternoon. But...

"Does he have any health issues?" I told him I was currently in the process of trying to maintain and stabilize his glucose levels. I just started him on insulin.
"Oh, he is diabetic?" I say yes. (At this point he also knows my cat is 13 years old).

He then ended our conversation with "I won't be able to see him, this case sounds sinister." Which I took as 'your pet is too high-risk and I don't want to bother.' I was scared before, but then I became terrified. I called another local clinic and luckily got an appointment the same day. My cat had a broken, bloody infected tooth. They sent me home with antibiotics and pain killers. They will recheck him in 5 days to see if he is becoming healthier to be a candidate for dental surgery. I'm so grateful that he was taken in, examined, and I got to leave with information and medication for my poor cat...

I'm giving Wild Rose 2 stars because I'm sure they do wonderful work and have helped plenty of our loved pets. But to basically be told "oh, never mind" on such a case not only devastated and horrified me more, but was such a real hit to the heart that some cases can be turned away because they find it not worth it if it sounds too threatening.

I'm still in shock.. all he needed was antibiotics, pain medication and given a chance to undergo surgery IF his glucose levels can get on track. I understand it would not happen immediately, or even could. Doesn't mean my pet isn't worth it.

Great vet clinic, Dr Hee clearly cares about the animals brought in - he fixed up our 14 year old terrier and took such great care of him that we're moving all our animals to this practice (and recommending it to a lot of people).

I recently needed a new vet after moving. Chose Wild Rose Animal Clinic. My first visit was for a kitten and a senior cat. Dr. Hee & his staff were superb professionals, treated kitties & me with empathy & honesty. Thank you for making a hard couple of days easier on us.

Amazing! Nothing really bad to say about our experience here. Dr. Definitely seems more of an animal person than a ppl person, but that's the kind of person you want to be caring for your animals anyways.
No hidden, jacked up prices - will 100% be back. They are now our preferred vet clinic.
Would recommend to anyone.
