Poor Customer Service. Snarky attitude included in the price. We requested them to leave flowers on front porch if we were not home. We were home when they delivered. They didn’t ring doorbell. They left flowers in vase on front porch without a box or plastic wrap over flowers (in case wind knocked it over). When shop was called and told of this, the person on the phone didn’t seem to care, had an attitude and no apology. This is exactly the type of service you get from here, along with an average flower arrangement. The attitude of the person on the phone is what was really disappointing. I will choose to not give my business to this flower shop again. I was warned of this place and didn’t listen. I’m sure there is another flower shop or two in Duncan that values new customers.

Slim pickings. I guess most people just pick flowers which are everywhere. Fair enough. Wouldn't have been able to find the cala lilies which were my husband's contribution to suggestions for making a bouquet. Ended up with a tasteful arrangement and service was good.

Had a wonderful experience with the owner. Well directed staff and care for getting the right for the customer. I think this would be a great shop for weddings. Willow and Orchid had always been the higher standard in the Duncan center. Lately crime has struck several business.

I had a few bad experiences with a well known "National Flower Delivery Company" and wanted to try a local florist instead.

Ordered my mom a bouquet of flowers and a small gift basket of honey and jams for Mother's Day from Willow and Orchid. The service I received was wonderful, they were super flexible when I needed to change the pick up day and the arrangement was beautiful and excellent value. My mom has high standards and she loved them.

Would absolutely order from them again!

What can I say they saved me! I did an online floral order that got cancelled on my moms birthday. I called and they did same day and within hours, delivered to Cobble Hill.
My mom said they where BEAUTIFUL and did as i asked lol no lilies. She also said everything was so fresh it took a little bit to start opening and then it was huge (i only saw these pictures of everything still closed lol, and then the rose when it was opening and of nothing else). I did mention that we had owned a floral business in the past, i just didn't mention it was me as i wanted to make sure she was given fresh floral. I did know it was not an auction day and they do have their floral brought over from the mainland but according to my mom who had spent plenty of time do arrangements, bouquets, and everything else with me she said they lasted weeks. So this shop does use good quality products and i will gladly support them in the future.
