Marie makes this such a fun experience! I am already reordering. Everything was painless during this process, and Marie helped us along the way. From keeping me informed, to the cheese and snack spread she puts out while you bottle; everything was beyond exciting and fun! The wine itself is amazing. Did three different flavours, and all three were a win! Strawberry, peach, and strawberry mango. Marie is an expert, and helped me create a wine to replace one I have been searching for after it was discontinued (😭), the replacement is the closest thing to what I was searching for! 10/10 would recommend to a friend !!

I  have been bottling my wine at the Wine Cellar for over 20 years and even though I relocated to another city last year, I continue to bottle with Marie. The 2 hour road trip is so worth the time. Every batch is perfect and the experience itself is worth the drive. Marie is truly a master winemaker who has such a passion for her craft and shares her knowledge by offering suggestions based on my taste and budget. Over the years I have received so many compliments on my wine, and friends are always surprised when I tell them how inexpensive it is to bottle good quality wine.
A lot of things have changed in 2020, but good wine with the “ Vintner Extraordinaire” will never be anything less than perfect! Cheers to the Wine Cellar staff who have managed to survive the pandemic and continue to serve their loyal customers in a professional and safe environment.

I have been making wine with Marie for more than a year now and every time has been a great experience. Marie is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The cheese and crackers while bottling is such a nice touch! I live in Cambridge now, which is about a 30 min drive to get to her shop, depending on dreaded traffic, but I still go there because she is awesome. Thank you Marie!

This quaint gem is a must try. You get 30 bottles of wine per batch. We go as a group of three and each pick a wine. This way we get 10 bottles of three different kinds.

Marie does all the hard work, and we get together when the wine is ready for bottling. The only real effort we put in is doing the bottling. As a group many hands make light work, and we get in a good visit and enjoy tasting each batch as we bottle them.

If only I could give more than 5 stars!! While my husband and I have been making 'kit' wines for about 20 years, in both Mississauga and Kitchener, we only recently stumbled upon the Wine Cellar this Sept ... Hallelujah - the stars have aligned!! Marie, the owner/vintner extraordinaire, is simply wonderful - incredibly knowledgeable, attentive to our tastes and well-organized. We made 3 batches our first time in - a Riesling, a Riesling/Traminer & a California Mystic (red blend) - and have been thrilled with the results! I highly recommend you give Marie and the Wine Cellar on Gage St., Kitchener a try - you won't be disappointed.
