I enjoy shopping here because of selection but I have been over charged nearly every time I shop there, sometimes not noticing till I’m home unfortunately. Once again was overcharged was almost overcharged today, price showed lower on the tag than at checkout. I wanted it changed by an employee and they found a different price than the checkout and the sale I saw and proceeded to argue with me until I went and took a picture of the price I saw. This should really be dealt with as it’s getting ridiculous at this point. If it happens again I will unfortunately be taking me business elsewhere.

Great location and it’s amazing to see how serious they take theft.

Was in there and someone was stealing a bunch of stuff yet again but they had stopped her at the door.

Was at the bakery section earlier today and had a special request regarding danishes. Shawn was able to quickly and politely look after my order. Nice to still see great customer service.

Clean, easy to navigate around and get your shopping done!
Here is what I don't understand and it's annoying and really irritates me...the same chain having different prices, it makes zero sense to me, and it becomes an inconvenience for the consumer/ customers.
SDM, NoFrills, etc., sells the same products at different prices, why?

Your meat department never has available sale items when store opens. I asked the butcher when sale items are being put out, he said maybe in an hour or so, and this is after the store has been open for a couple of hours. They put o
ut meat that is one per package at a higher price versus a 3 pack which is the lower sale item. This happens everytime. So I live Alliston but have to go to Orangeville Zehrs where they are busier and 100% better all around customer service is number one in Orangeville.

When did cashiers STOP assisting customers with bagging groceries.?
I just bought 300 worth of over priced food, stood in a lineup for 15 minutes, then struggled to bag my own groceries while the cashier rang thru 3 more people behind me. What horrible service. They don’t deserve us as customers.

Went shopping today and was expecting to the the made in Canada signs on the shelves like a lot of other grocery stores are doing, but was disappointed to see Alliston Zehrs wasn't doing this. Will be looking for a different place for groceries next week

It’s frustrating to see Zehrs in Alliston promoting U.S.A(American) strawberries on a large street sign instead of supporting Canadians, especially during this time when tariffs and threats are already putting pressure on us. Canadians work hard, and they rely on the support of businesses and each other to get thur this.
